General Questions
How is my silk packaged?
Most of our silk products arrive in a beautiful, premium-quality, matte presentation box, which is ideal for gifting.
These boxes are then placed in heavy duty cardboard box for further protection during shipping.
Our smaller items - scrunchies and headbands - are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and put in a cardboard box that can be delivered through your letter box.

What do I do if I'm not happy with my order?
If you wish to return any products, please contact us via phone or email within 30 days of your item arriving, and we will be happy to assist, provided that the returns requirements are met as detailed in the refund policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days. Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery, and we post them out via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.
You can select Royal Mail 24hr Tracked at checkout, but this may include an extra charge.

Can I change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK.

Is your silk real silk?
Yes, our products are made from 100% mulberry silk.
Mulberry silk is considered the highest quality because the fibres are smooth, strong, and consistent.

Is silk hot to sleep in?
Silk is naturally breathable and temperature regulating.
It can feel cool in warm weather and comfortable in colder conditions.
Is silk good for skin and hair?
Silk has a smooth surface which creates less friction than cotton.
Many people find silk pillowcases and accessories gentler on skin and hair.
Why is silk more expensive?
Silk takes time to produce and requires careful processing.
High quality silk also uses more fibres, which makes the fabric softer and longer lasting.
Because of this, silk bedding is often more expensive than cotton or synthetic.
What does momme mean?
Momme (mm) is the unit used to measure the weight of silk.
Higher momme silk is thicker and more durable.
Accessories are usually lighter silk, while bedding is made from higher silk.
