Delivery policy 

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you need your order sooner please contact us on 01509 557073 and we can facilitate this for an extra cost. Please note that we currently ship within the UK and selected products are available for delivery to the United States.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the delivery costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@hisilk.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

United States

We ship selected HI Silk accessories to the United States.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow approximately 5–8 business days from dispatch for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Duties and import taxes

Any applicable US import duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you can see these charges before completing your purchase.

US orders are shipped using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) postal service. This means applicable import duties collected at checkout are paid as part of the shipping process, rather than being collected from you on delivery.

The duties and import taxes shown at checkout are estimates calculated using the information available at the time the order is placed. In unusual circumstances, customs authorities may assess additional charges.
